Monthly rallies are at the core of how the Caravan Club achieves fellowship amongst our Members. Being a Host for a rally is one of the ways in which every Member can contribute to the fellowship of the caravan club.
Every Caravan is expected to Host a Rally once every two to three years, noting that there are about a dozen rallies each year and we have 25 to 30 caravans as Members. By looking at the Rally Calendar, you can see which rallies are in need of a Host. This is easy to establish...look at the Rally Details and see whether the Host Van ID = 0.

Offering to Host a Rally is very easy....choose the Rally from the list of Rallies...noting whether it needs a Host...go to the Contact Us page and send an email to the Webmaster.
